Dr. Truong Van Cam graduated from the University of Labor Economics at Leipzig University in 1978 and holds a Ph.D. in Economics in Germany in 1994.
Prior to working at Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association, he worked at March 08th Ha Noi Textile Factory, Union of Textile Factory, Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union and Vietnam Textile and Garment Association.
Dr. Truong Van Cam has had more than 20 articles that had been published in some of the specialized magazines in foreign countries and domestic with the subject of economic transition in Vietnam and Eastern European countries, the management of human resources, minimum wage, industry collective bargaining agreements…
